This is our spin on a delicious and traditional Ayurvedic drink that has been used for centuries in India. This blend is supportive to digestion, bringing back some of the digestive fire that helps break down and assimilate our foods, as well as being supportive when experiencing occasional nausea and indigestion. With the addition of Ashwagandha in this blend, it lends deep nervous system support and adaptogenic properties, helping the body to come to a place of balance. With the nervous system support comes support with healthy sleep patterns, and we often like to add ghee to our Gold Dust blend with raw milk for a delightful bed time snack.
