Blue Lotus Plant Spirit Journey + Holographic Sound Bath
Join Katie, founder at Of the Earth Apothecary and Jamie Coppa, owner of The Well Community Collective, for a beautiful evening of Plants + Sound. Katie will lead us through a deeply embodied journey to meet the Spirit of Blue Lotus. We will calm our mind + relax into our body so that we can open ourselves up to the plant realm in a way that is unseen, only felt. This Blue Lotus Spirit Medicine Journey will allow messages, visions and clarity and so much more to be revealed. Bring a mug, a pen and notebook, and anything you will need to be comfortable to sit on the floor in a seated meditation position for this portion of the evening.
Jamie will then lead us through a beautiful sound healing with her crystal bowls + voice for a deeply relaxing, re-centering experience. Here we will completely reset the nervous system, the brain, and clear our energy fields. After a holographic sound bath with Jamie, you will feel energized, clear, refreshed, lighter, happy….the list goes on! It is a magical experience that you don’t want to miss.
