Join Liz Carlin, Reiki Master and Self Love Coach, for a full moon ceremony on the beach in beautiful Avon-By-The-Sea.  The full moon is the time in the lunar cycle where we are called to release what is no longer serving us. In this ceremony, you will be lead on a shadow work meditation reiki experience, specially designed to help you identify and release the blockages keeping you from your deepest desires.

There will be time for journaling and community connection as well.
