1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil, then remove from heat
2. Add herbs to a heat-proof bowl and pour hot water over herbs and let steep, covered for 4-5 minutes.
3. Find a place to sit comfortably for steaming.
4. Place your face 8-12 inches from the bowl. Be careful not to burn or damage skin by getting too close to the bowl.
5. Drape a towel over your head and relax, take slow, deep, soothing breaths.
6. Remove the towel, take a few breaths of fresh air, and repeat steps 1-5 for up to 30 minutes, taking breaks when needed.
